Placing Your Order for Fine Art Prints

Online Orders: Order online with your credit card through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to order, and PayPal accepts all major credit cards. Diana Wolverton Studio is a PayPal Verified Merchant.

Mail Orders: Order by mail with your check or money order. Your order will be processed after the check or money order clears, in about five business days. Checks must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, payable to Diana Wolverton Studio.

Sales Tax

We charge 7.75% sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax applies to the cost of the print and shipping and handling.

Processing Time

All prints are custom-made upon order. The printmaking process takes from five to seven working days for prints produced in our own studio.

Shipping

Your print will be carefully packaged and shipped in an industrial-duty mailing tube. Your print will arrive with some “curl” to it, but we believe it’s safer (and less expensive) than shipping prints flat. Your print will require careful handling. Be sure to read our suggestions for handling prints before framing.

Each print is covered with an acid-free glassine slipsheet to protect its surface during packing and shipping. Save the slipsheet to protect your print until it is framed or in case you need to return your print.

Prints shipped to U.S. addresses are sent via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. We insure the print for its purchase price and include Signature Confirmation service, so you will need to sign for your package. We will e-mail you to let you know your order has shipped and the instructions for tracking your package.

USPS estimates delivery of Priority Mail packages at 4 to 6 business days. Allow extra time for delivery during holiday times.

Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Hymnscript fine art print. If you need to return your print, . You must return the print in salable condition within 5 days of the receipt date as verified by the delivery signature confirmation.

To return the print:

• Package it as it was shipped originally, using the original shipping materials, and be careful not to scuff, scratch, crease, or otherwise visibly damage the print.
• Return the Bill of Sale documentation.
• Insure the package for the print’s original price and request proof of delivery to our studio. If you do not insure the package and it is delivered to us in damaged condition, we will not issue a refund.
• Do not return packages COD.

If the print is returned as described above and received in undamaged and salable condition, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price less the initial shipping/handling charge and a 10% restocking fee. You must bear the cost of return shipping, insurance, and proof of delivery. Credit-card orders will be refunded via PayPal; personal check orders will be refunded by business check from our studio.

Damage During Shipping

If your print is damaged during shipping, . We will help you coordinate filing a claim with USPS. USPS requires claims for damage to be filed immediately, and you will have to present the damaged package and contents at a local Post Office as proof of damage. Depending on which party (you or Diana Wolverton Studio) files the USPS claim, we will arrange replacement of the damaged print. Learn more about the USPS claims process.

International Orders

If you live outside the United States and wish to order a fine art print,  with the title of the artwork and print size you’re interested in and the address where the print will be shipped. Also tell us if you have a preference for shipping carriers. We typically use US Postal Service Global Priority Mail or FedEx International Economy for international orders.

Once we calculate the price of shipping, we will e-mail you with a total for approval. If you approve the order, we will bill you using PayPal Email Payments. PayPal accepts payments from many countries around the world.

Your order will be processed after we receive payment notification from PayPal.

Duties and customs fees are your responsibility. They are not included in the shipping/handling charge.

All international orders are final. We do not accept returns for orders that were shipped outside of the United States.

Swatch Folio Service

If you’re unsure about buying art online, our Swatch Folio Service can help boost your confidence.
