Personally Identifiable Information Collected at Hymnscript.comWe do not collect personal information without your knowledge while you are visiting Hymnscript.com. Hymnscript Mailing Lists We use the information you provide to join our mailing list only to fulfill your request for Hymnscript’s periodic e-mail or postal mail updates. You provide your name and e-mail address when you sign up for our e-mail list. You also may provide your organization’s name (if applicable) and mailing address when you sign up for our e-mail + postal mail list. We use a double opt-in subscription process to protect your e-mail address from being used without your permission. Our permission-based e-newsletters are sent through VerticalResponse. We do not have access to any of the information you provide on this form. No record is kept of how many referrals are sent, by whom they are sent, or to whom they are sent. Fine Art Print Notification Service We collect your name and e-mail address when you request to be notified about availability of Hymnscript fine art prints. We use this information only to fulfill your request. Swatch Folio Request Service We collect your name and mailing address when you request a Swatch Folio from our studio. We use this information only to fulfill your request. Online Comment Card When you send us feedback using one of our online comment cards, our Web server transmits your comments to us. We do not receive any information that identifies you unless you voluntarily include it in your comments. Third Parties with Whom We Share Personally Identifiable InformationWe do not sell, disseminate, disclose, trade, transmit, transfer, share, lease, or rent any information about our Web visitors, mailing list subscribers, or customers to any third party unless required by law to do so. Privacy Policy of PayPal, Which Powers Hymnscript’s Fine Art Prints Shopping CartWhen you purchase original digital fine art prints from our studio, you are using a PayPal shopping cart. PayPal collects information about your purchase and processes the credit card payment. It does not share any of your financial information with us, only the information we need to ship your order. Privacy Policy of CafePress.com, Which Powers Hymnscript’s Decorative Art StoreWhen you shop and/or purchase items at Hymnscript’s Decorative Art Store, you are using the Web site of CafePress.com and are governed by its privacy policy. As a shopkeeper at CafePress, Hymnscript has access to a record of purchases made at the Hymnscript Decorative Art Store.
